David J. Braun
Mr. Braun is a former state prosecutor in Broward county, and serves
as the lead attorney in all criminal and DUI cases for the law firm
of Wesley J. Farrell P.A. Mr. Braun has worked in some of the most
prestigious law firms in the country providing invaluable experience
to criminal defense cases. He has taken hundreds of cases to trial,
including first degree murder, drug trafficing, sex offenses, DUI
,and economic crimes. His experience as both a state prosecutor and
criminal defense attorney have given him a unique approach and
knowledge base which benefits all his clients whether facing a
misdemeanor or felony. Mr. Braun is a member of the Florida Bar, and

Wesley Farrell
Mr. Farrell is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill where he received his Bachelors degree. He would go on
to receive his JD /MBA from the Saint Thomas University in Miami,
FL. Mr. Farrell's experience as an attorney is primarily focused in
the areas of Criminal Defense, Immigration, and International
Business. He has represented clients in a wide range of matters
criminally in both Dade and Broward. Additionally, he has
represented clients facing complex Immigration matters around the
world. Mr. Farrell is a member of the Florida Bar, and the Dade
