The firm has extensive experience representing clients in the hospitality industry. Recently, we partnered with  Farmer, Jaffe, Weissing, Edwards, Fistos & Lehrman, P.L. &  Wolfe Law Miami, P.A. to represent hotel owners throughout the country in one of the nation's largest class action law suits against Wyndham and Choice Hotels. Since the inception of the Gulf Coast Claims Facility, we have represented hotel owners and employees in their claims against BP following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in April 2010. As a result, we currently represent the largest coalition of hoteliers in the claims process. This representation has allowed us to form strong relationships with organizations such as the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), which is the largest organization of hotel and motel owners in the country and signifies the voice of the hospitality industry.
